is a British 31-year-old woman who spent £ 5,000 to learn car driving in 14
years. She had more than 250 classes with the help of many driving instructors;
yet, for 4th time she couldn't pass the test.
Janine hopes to learn car driving one day. Her mother
had to motivate her with a new car as a gift if she obtains a driving license,
but Janine has little hope to pass the 5th test.
The Independent, a British newspaper, mentioned a
case worse than Janine's in driving tests; a 42-year-old man from
Stoke-on-Trent Region recorded the highest number of failing driving tests as
he failed 36 test before passing 37th test.
